Gerimex recently upgraded its machinery with a large-scale installation of the very latest production units – now offering even more options and possibilities for customers. Additionally, the process will be more efficient and less costly due to lower adjustment costs.

The new machines include a worldwide Gerimex exclusive: the CNC driven longitudinal grinder. This machine allows the profiles on punches to be ground longitudinally, resulting in less wear and increased tool life. Additional machines include a new zinc spark erosion machine and a faster wire EDM, as well as four state-of-the-art centre-less grinding machines.

These incredibly precise machines will allow Gerimex to continue fulfilling its goal of keeping quality high and prices low.
